Summer is just around the corner. Glancing through fashion magazine and reading up on Celebrity Gossip, I’m starting to notice a short hair trend especially with the modern bob hairstyle. So many celebrities are wearing it now like Jennifer Aniston, Brooklyn Decker,  Jessica Alba, January Jones and many more! This modern bob look is amazing for many reasons…

First,  it’s so simple! Tuck those straighteners, blow dryers and styling tools away. Less hair means less styling time and more fun in the sun!

Second, it’s surprisingly easy to volumize! With a bob, the weight is gone, so the lift actually holds. So put down that hairspray and just tousle with your fingers.

Third, give it some natural waves! If there’s a style for embracing natural texture, a bob will get the job done. Waves look far more defined and pretty in a short cut. Just scrunch with mousse and go. This really gives the bob a fun and flirty look!
