Alright ladies, summer is here and we all know what that means.. ugh FRIZZ! Well I have a couple tricks for you that just may make your life a little bit easier.

1.  Wash every other day

Natural oils are incredible frizz fighters and they keep your hair healthy!

2. Dont towel dry

This roughs up the cuticle and creates frizz. I recommend air drying if you are in a time crunch and cant do that you can also use a microfiber towel.

3. Use a curling iron

Alright……. I know it sounds crazy but believe it or not a curling iron will help! Its a frizz fighter! After air drying wrap any frizzy pieces around, this will keep them smoother for much much longer.

AND lastly.. switch to alcohol free products. Most of your hair sprays and frizz tamers have a high level in them which actually only makes things worse. I hope you all had a fabulous weekend!

You could do so much styling with your wigs.  One of my favorite trendy things to do is the fishtail braid! It looks very intricate and tricky to do, but with a little bit of practice it’ll soon be engraved in your fingers! The difference between a regular braid and a fishtail braid is that you are going to separate two strands of hair rather than three. In this blog entry, I’m going to teach you how to do a fishtail braid for your next outing!

Step 1: Divide your hair into two equal sections.

Step 2: Hold the righthand section in your right hand. With your left hand, take a thin strand of hair from the outside of the lefthand section, cross it over, and add it to the inside of the righthand section.

Step 3: Do the same thing on the other side: that is, hold the lefthand section in your left hand, use your right hand to take a thin strand of hair from the outside of the righthand section, cross it over, and add it to the inside of the lefthand section. You’ll need to use gravity to your advantage as you keep changing hands, keep in mind the hair will be slipping a little here and there. But if it’s slipping pretty bad, run some mousse or styling wax through your hair, that will fix the problem up.
