Eva Longoria was spotted this weekend leaving Ken Paves salon in West Hollywood with new longer locks.  Eva is one of celebrity stylist Ken Pave’s many clients.   He’s known primarily for his expertise in extensions application and also for the hair of A-Lister’s such as Jennifer Lopez, Ashley Simpson, and Jessica Simpson.

Eva’s cute short hair was originally cut for her character’s development on Desperate Housewives.  I guess the writer’s thought it would be more appropriate if Gabrielle had short hair.  Apparently, becoming a mother involves having short hair…

The short do is simple and sweet on her.

Her short hair is both charming and sophisticated, but somehow I still like her better with long hair. I’m glad she’s decided to put in extensions and go back to that sexy glamorous look she had.

Her hair is gorgeous! I can’t wait to see her done up with a complete look at a red carpet event with her new hair.  Ken Paves is definitely the hair guru.

I’m sure this look cost an arm and a leg at his salon.  Most of us don’t have that kind of budget! But, that doesn’t mean we can’t look and feel just as gorgeous as the celebs! I’ve been getting some emails and inquiries on how to get country singer Taylor Swift’s hair.  She’s known for her golden ringlet type curls.  It’s a romantic and charming look and definitely different than what we’re used to seeing on celebrities.  I love the smokey eye she’s done here for the MTV Video Music Awards. It’s a perfect contrast to her pale/nude lip.  Her makeup gives her soft relaxed curls the perfect edge for her style of the evening.

From a full length view, she looks just like a fairytale princess.  This look is actually easier to obtain that you think!  I know it looks like a lot of work, but there’s a shortcut to growing out your mane and spending hours curling it.

Just shortly after befriending Victoria Beckham (Posh Spice), Katie Holmes chopped off her long locks opting for a short bob.

She went from a short bob to a pixie cut

and back in the past few years since marrying Tom Cruise in 2006.

Admittedly, with a face as beautiful as hers any cut would look great on her. However, I have to confess that I was a bit sad when she cut her hair short. Although it looked great on her, I felt the short hair made her look older than her age and not as youthful and carefree.

However, Katie’s been spotted recently at the Valkyrie premier in Japan with long, luxurious locks!  This is a huge change from her recent Glamor cover still showing off her short hair.

The cover is stunning and the shorter do is chic, sleek and edgy. While it’s perfect for her face, I still love her longer hair~! She’s back to her romantic, sexy long waves and it’s taken years off of her entire image. This look was perfect change in look for her.  YAY!

Not to mention, her outfit totally rocks! It’s really amazing what extensions can do! I’m loving it. Tom’s not looking too hot in the next photo, but Katie’s hair, makeup and outfit look absolutely stunning.  I hope she sticks to this new look for awhile.
